Seat Plaque Order

Honor your student or a faculty member with a commemorative seat plaque in the SHS auditorium. To order, please fill out the information below. Each 1'x3" brushed silver plaque will be custom engraved with your inscription and affixed to the arm of an auditorium chair. Plaques are $125 each.

How many seat plaques would you like?*

Each 1” x 3” plaque can accommodate up to 3 lines - 25 characters per line (a space equals a character).
Name, dates, titles and awards can be listed( no slogans or symbols, please).
